1. Overview

This Fulfillment Policy outlines how leads are processed, delivered, and managed once a client places an order.

Office Allies provides exclusive life insurance appointment leads generated through outbound telemarketing campaigns. Each appointment lead includes a recorded qualification call and a scheduled callback time with a licensed insurance specialist.

Office Allies schedules appointment opportunities with interested prospects; however, attendance or availability of the consumer at the scheduled time cannot be guaranteed.

All leads delivered are exclusive to the purchasing client.

 

2. Lead Packages

Leads are sold in predefined packages, including but not limited to:

  1. 50 Leads
  2. 100 Leads
  3. 150 Leads
  4. 200 Leads
  5. 250 Leads

Custom volume arrangements may be agreed upon in writing.

 

3. Lead Delivery

Leads are delivered electronically through the client portal or via an approved delivery method.

Each appointment lead will include:

  1. Prospect name
  2. Phone number
  3. State
  4. Basic qualification information
  5. Recorded qualification call
  6. Scheduled callback time with licensed agent

 

4. Targeting

Lead generation may be targeted based on:

  1. U.S. state selection
  2. Age range requirements

Office Allies does not offer targeting by county or ZIP code.

Clients requesting narrower targeting parameters may experience slower delivery speeds.

 

5. Age Range

Standard lead age range is: 30 to 80 years old

Clients requesting a narrower demographic range may require custom arrangements.

 

6. Lead Generation Method

All appointment leads are generated through outbound telemarketing campaigns where consumers are contacted and qualified by trained representatives.

Prospects are informed that they will receive a scheduled call from a licensed insurance specialist to review available life insurance coverage options.

 

7. Delivery Timeframes

Lead delivery speed depends on several factors including:

  1. Geographic targeting
  2. Demographic targeting
  3. Campaign volume

Orders targeting nationwide coverage typically deliver faster.

Orders targeting limited states or demographics may require additional time to complete.

Office Allies does not guarantee delivery within a specific timeframe unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

 

8. Payment Terms

Orders must be paid in advance before lead delivery begins.

Payments are processed through Stripe unless alternative arrangements are made.

Clients choosing to pay via bank wire transfer may request that Stripe processing fees be waived.

 

9. Order Activation

Lead generation will begin once:

  1. Payment has been confirmed
  2. Campaign targeting has been agreed upon
  3. Client account has been activated in the system

10. Communication

Clients are encouraged to maintain communication regarding campaign performance and targeting
preferences.

Office Allies may recommend campaign adjustments to improve lead quality or delivery speed.

 

11. Policy Updates

Office Allies reserves the right to update or modify this Fulfillment Policy as necessary.
Any updates will apply to future lead orders.
